What is your next step with Connect3?

If you have completed the Connect3 programme, we offer our Connect3 families private follow-up appointments. We would like to invite you and your child to attend - appointment will last for about 25 minutes. We have many dates available and we would love to see you again.

What will happen at the appointment?

Have a private chat with a Connect3 worker
Healthy lifestyle support
Get an update on your child's weight, height and BMI
Set new goals together
Find out more about fun Connect3 activities
You will be offered further private appointments

Please choose your appointment from one of the following dates and venues below:

Monday 4th July 2011 - Pontefract squash club, 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Thursday 7th July 2011 - Lightwaves leisure centre, 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Monday 18th July 2011 - Glasshoughton centre, 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Wednesday 20th July 2011 - Denhale ARC, 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Tuesday 26th July 2011 - Kinsley J+I school (TBC), 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Thursday 28th July 2011 - Featherstone sports centre, 4pm to 6pm
