Health walks

Walking is a safe and enjoyable way to get more active.

It's also a step towards meeting the government's recommended amount of 30 minutes of moderate activity, five or more days of the week. So, if you want to get out in the fresh air, get active and meet new people why not try our health walks?

Regular, organised health walks take place in communities throughout the district. They are open to anyone who enjoys walking and the walks are for all abilities and fitness levels. If you'd like to find out more, contact:
