Expert Patients Programme

If you are living with a long-term illness, why not take control and become an expert patient?

With 60% of adults in the UK reporting a chronic health problem, the management of long-term conditions such as arthritis, coronary heart disease, and diabetes is a major area of concern for the NHS. We run an Expert Patients Programme (EPP), a course that helps people living with these conditions to take control of their illness, manage their health and improve their quality of life.
