Service redesign

The Service Redesign team is always looking at ways to make our out-of-hospital care better for patients.

This includes developing services that help to support the new hospitals at Pinderfields and Pontefract. The new, modern facilities will help staff to work differently so that patients are seen at the right time, by the right person, in the right place. The team's projects also include developing rehabilitation services. These services will allow patients to leave hospital sooner, and in some cases people will be able to get treatment in community settings and not be admitted to hospital at all.
