The Wakefield District PCT website contains a vast amount of information. This section will help you find your way around the website and instructions on what to do.

Local services
We provide a variety of services around the district, for more information about these pleae navigate to the local services section.
Your zone
Your zone, provides our patients an opportunity to have a say about local health services. It also provides you with information about the different ways you can get involved. We will have a number of ongoing programmes so please get involved.
Keyword search
The keyword search appears on every page of the website. To use it simply enter your keyword(s) and click search. Your keyword(s) are then compared against every word contained in the website and the resulting matches are displayed.
Downloading documents
The majority of documents on the Wakefield PCT website are pdf, doc or xls. When the document link is clicked, it will open in a new window and can be saved using your browser controls.
Alternatively, if you have a PC, right-click on the link to the document. If you use a Macintosh, hold down the mouse button over the link. In both cases, a popup menu will then appear. Scroll down the menu and click on 'Save target as'. You will then be asked to choose a folder on your computer where you can save the document.
PDF documents
Most computers already have the software to view PDF documents. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader (for reading PDFs), it is available from the Adobe site.
